This cottage was built around 1900 as a carriage house of a classic Natchez Victorian. It has one main bedroom with a king bed, plus a loft with another king bed. It was recently converted from a carriage house into an adorable cottage with all the amenities you would expect in any modern home. It's conveniently located in downtown Natchez, near everything.

Good to know

A few things to note about the property are listed below. * Because the air conditioning units are residential and not commercial, we protect them by limiting the minimum cooling temperature. Past guests have set the temperature far below generally accepted norms, well below 70º. The units would never achieve those temperatures in the Mississippi heat and they've frozen up, resulting in no further air conditioning for days and costly repairs. Thanks for understanding. If you prefer inside temperatures lower than this, please do not book with us. * Garbage barrels are kept in the carport in case you need to empty any garbage cans in the house. The blue one is recycling & the green one is regular garbage.

We had such a wonderful stay in Natchez! The location was perfect—everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. The space itself was beautifully decorated and felt so cozy and thoughtfully put together. You can really tell the host put a lot of care into the details. We did run into a small issue during our stay, but the owner was incredibly prompt and helpful in resolving it, which we really appreciated. Great communication made all the difference! Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Natchez!

Your place was exactly what our family needed. We spent over a week roadtripping along the MS River and your place was our second stop and immediately we fell in love the moment we opened the door. It just felt cozy and relaxing. My kids absolutely loved the loft area with spiral staircase. The beds were extremely comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was larger than most and I loved that! Your place as a whole just checked all of our wants for a perfect little stay in Natchez. I would absolutely (and have) told several friends to stay when they come to Natchez next time.

We really enjoyed staying at the carriage house! The place was absolutely adorable and I would definitely stay again. The kids loved the loft and the spiral staircase! Kim was a wonderful host. We were there for my mother's funeral and we needed a late checkout and it was no problem at all. I highly recommend staying with Kim at the carriage house!

Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Die Straße ist ruhig. Es gab viele freie Parkplätze. Zur Innenstadt ist es zu Fuß nicht weit. Wir haben über die App kommuniziert. Marnie hat immer schnell reagiert. Ein Problem mut der Klimaanlage konnte geklärt werden. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter.

I loved this place! This wasn’t just one of my favorite places I stayed during my 3-week road trip around the American South, it is one of my favorite AirBnBs I have stayed in ever! The cottage has been beautifully converted into a two-bedroom apartment (one bedroom downstairs, one loft). It was very comfortable for 1-2 people, although it could sleep more. The space is lovely, clean, and feels quite spacious. It’s got all the amenities you might need including a washer and dryer. The cottage is located on arguably one of the cutest streets in town—lots of big beautiful houses and easy access to walk along the river, into town, or to the cemetery. Communication and check-in were very easy. The hosts were easy to message. I highly recommend this space and look forward to my next visit. Thank you!

This is a great find, it is very cozy. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever seen. Also, this central location is perfect to be within walking distance of any of the downtown festivities.

The place was clean, and private. It was located in a good neighborhood near the bluff and the heart of downtown Natchez. It was much more homey than a hotel room, and far more spacious, for a comparable price. I would stay there again.
